Sharon Henninger, M.S., OTR/L

I’m Sharon, I’ve been a pediatric occupational therapist for 4 years. I pride myself on my curiosity and drive for knowledge to continue learning and growing my own practice in order to provide the absolute best for each child and family I have the honor of working with. I have such a deep passion for working with children and families to build their confidence in reaching milestones and overcoming any obstacle together whether that is confidence in play, sensory or self regulation, or participation in their everyday routines. I view the child as a whole, using a child centered, evidence-based model of practice with a specific interest in social emotional development and sensory integration. Each child is unique and for that reason, I strive to craft interventions that are planned to meet every child where they uniquely are. My goal is to help each child grow to be the most confident versions of themselves to be able to accomplish any goal they set their mind to.
